Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a surgery appointment or home visit, please be aware that I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy which enables me to offer your appointment to another client in order to avoid loss of income.

Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the appointment start time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.

‘No Show’ appointments

Should you fail to arrive for a surgery appointment, or if you are out or unavailable when I call at your home, you will be charged in full for the treatment fee.
